(206) 328-8048 f (866) 592-8490 dainen@spenceranderson.com Dainen’s practice emphasizes bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law, real estate law, and federal tax law. He is a 1997 graduate of Whitworth College, receiving a B.A. in International Studies and French. Dainen received a J.D. in 2001 from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where he also received a Certificate in Federal Tax Law. He was an Articles Editor for International Legal Perspectives. In 2002, he received an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. Dainen returned to his hometown of Longview, Washington and worked in his father's real estate law practice, for a title insurance company, and then as a sole practitioner. In 2004, he was recruited to open and manage the Seattle-Tacoma offices of of Macey & Aleman, a national consumer bankruptcy law firm. In 2006, Dainen returned to solo practice, continuing to focus on representing individuals in consumer bankruptcy cases. Dainen joined Spencer Anderson & Buhr in 2008. Dainen is the 2008-2009 President of QLaw, the GLBT Bar Association of Washington. He is a 2007 Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Leadership Institute Fellow, and he has served on the WSBA Professionalism Committee since 2007. He holds a 10/10 rating on Avvo.com, an attorney rating website. His personal interests include travel and hiking. Practice Areas
